Terms and Conditions

1. Product Availability and Pricing

• All quotations are subject to availability and are valid only for the period stated on the quote.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice until an order is formally accepted.

• Parts Aviation Solutions acts solely as a broker and does not manufacture or alter the parts being supplied. Descriptions, conditions, certifications, and documentation are provided based on information supplied by the vendors or sellers.

2. Ordering and Payment

• Orders are considered accepted only after written confirmation from the Company.

• Payment terms must be satisfied by the Customer as specified on the invoice or agreement.

• Any overdue balances may incur late fees and may suspend future order processing.

3. Restocking Fees and Returns

• A 25% restocking fee may apply if a unit is returned for reasons other than cause (e.g., customer no longer needs the part).

• Returns will be accepted only within 7 days of delivery, and only if the part is returned in the same condition as received, including all accompanying documentation.

• No returns will be processed without prior written authorization from the Company.

4. Tax Responsibility

• The Customer must supply a valid resale tax certificate and/or aircraft registration number, if applicable.

• Replacement engines, parts, equipment, and labor used in the maintenance or repair of fixed-wing or rotary aircraft with a certified maximum takeoff weight above 2,000 pounds may qualify for exemption from sales and use tax under applicable regulations.

• Parts Aviation Solutions has nexus only in the State of Florida and therefore does not collect sales or use taxes for other states.

• The Customer is solely responsible for reporting and paying any required use tax in their own state or jurisdiction.

5. Export Compliance

• If an item is intended for export outside the United States, the Customer is fully responsible for obtaining all required licenses, permits, and export documentation as mandated by U.S. law.

• Diversion contrary to U.S. law is strictly prohibited.

• The Company will not be held liable for delays, seizures, or penalties resulting from incomplete or improper export compliance by the Customer.

6. Warranties and Condition of Parts

• Unless explicitly stated in writing, no warranties—express or implied—are provided by Parts Aviation Solutions.

• All warranty claims, if applicable, must be made directly with the part’s manufacturer, overhaul facility, or vendor.

• The Customer is responsible for reviewing all documentation, certifications, trace history, and condition descriptions prior to purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Parts Aviation Solutions acts strictly as a broker and does not assume responsibility for the performance, airworthiness, installation, or suitability of any part supplied.

• In no event shall the Company be liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages, including but not limited to aircraft downtime, labor costs, or loss of revenue.

• The Company’s liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the specific item involved in the claim.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

• Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Florida.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a purchase order, approving a quotation, or accepting delivery of any product, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
